Fasteners

A fastener is a hardware device that mechanically joins or affixes two or more objects together. In general, fasteners are used to create non-permanent joints; that is, joints that can be removed or dismantled without damaging the joining components.

In simple words, fasteners literally hold industry together. These are very important because each component or machinery or vehicle needs these to hold it together. Fasteners are main components used in many sectors such as automation, manufacturing infrastructure and others in which different types of Items are produced that require assembling of machinery or vehicle parts. At once missing fastener may not be missed, but is quite capable of leading adverse consequences. Especially in the age of assembly operations where a product is put together by components manufactured at several different locations.

Why choose Stainless Steel Fasteners?

-They are corrosion resistant.
-Material offers excellent durability.
-Easy and simple tool maintenance.
-Simple installation in every work direction.
-Minimum space requirements are needed within the tool.
-Overall weight reduction is typically achieved.

A check nut (also known as Lock Nut or Jam Nut) is used to ensure that a nut, once installed, will stay in place. Check Nut are usually thin and used in instances where there is a high probability of the first nut shaking or vibrating loose. These nuts are designed and used to prevent the first nut from becoming loose and potentially causing damage or injury when using a device. It is a secondary nut, screwing down upon the primary nut to secure it.

Dome Nut:

Hex Dome Nuts (also known as Acorn Nuts) got its name due to the dome-shaped projection on one side of the nut. This is mostly used to protect objects close to the ends of screws from scratches and structural injuries. It also reduces the effects of physical mishaps on human skin if it somehow forcefully hits the fasteners.

Flange nuts have a washer-like base to distribute pressure over a greater surface area and ensure the fastener stay tight. They are commonly used in manufacturing assembly lines where operations are speeded by using a single fastener instead of a nut and washer.

Sizes: M3 to M24 (Metric);
Material: Stainless Steel A2-70 & A4-70 (Gr. 304, 316)
