Instrumentation Fittings

Instrumentation fittings connect runs of tubing (for in-line, offset, multi-port, and mounting configurations) to other tubing sections, pipe, hose, or other components. Systems are typically configured with straight sections connected by fittings or specially formed connections and joints.

Instrumentation Fittings helps in consideration for leak prevention include the types of connecting devices used in joining process piping throughout the system, and the experience level of those installing and maintaining the application.

Why choose Instrumentation Fittings?

  • Double Ferrule Tube Fittings are fully Interchangeable
  • Gaugeable Bodies
  • Zero Leakage
  • Leak Proof Joint
  • High Quality Silver Plated Threads on Nut
  • Simple to Operate and Save Time & Cost
  • Widely used throughout the world

Front Ferrule:

Front ferrule is a metallic sleeve that provides a seal when compressed between two mating fitting components. It is used to seal a joint between a tube and compression fittings.

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Back Ferrule:

A hose clamp or hose clip is a device used to attach and seal a hose onto a fitting.

Sizes: DIA- ¼” to 96” (Imperial)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304 & 316)

Tube Nut:

Cotter Pin (also known as Split Pin or Cotter Key), is a metal fastener with two tines that are bent during installation, similar to a staple or rivet. Typically made of thick wire with a half-circular cross section.

Sizes: DIA- 1/16” to 3/8” (Imperial)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304)

Tube Cap:

Tube Cap is designed to keep various pipes or tubes ends safe and secure. These caps offer a waterproof safety to the connections. These are mainly used for closing the ends of pipes and tubes.

Tube End Closure –

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Material:Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Tube Cap Fitting –

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Connector:

Connector is a compression type tube fitting which can be used to connect a thread side (Male/Female) to end of tube of another side.

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Thread: NPT/BSP
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Tube Union:

Tube Union is a compression type tube fitting that is sealed by pressure caused by the interaction of threaded portions of the fitting. It is used to join straight ends of two tubes.

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Reducing Tube Union:

Reducing Tube Union is a compression type tube fitting that is sealed by pressure caused by the interaction of threaded portions of the fitting. It is used to join straight ends of two different sized tubes.

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Elbow Union:

Elbow Union is a compression type tube fitting that is sealed by pressure caused by the interaction of threaded portions of the fitting. It is used to join ends of two tubes without turning to tube to 90°.

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Tee Union:

Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)Tee Union is a compression type tube fitting that is sealed by pressure caused by the interaction of threaded portions of the fitting. It is used to join ends of three tubes in a “T” format.

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Cross Union:

Cross Union is a compression type tube fitting that is sealed by pressure caused by the interaction of threaded portions of the fitting. It is used to intersect four tubes from all four sides.

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Bulkhead Union:

A bulkhead fitting allows piping connections to be made to a tank. A hole is cut in the tank into which the fitting body is inserted. A locknut threads onto the body to hold it in place. The locknut puts pressure on the gasket(s) that allows it to make a liquid tight seal.

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Run Tee:

Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)Run Tee is a compression type tube fittings which offers Male/Female thread on one side of the Tee while center and other side allows you to insert tube.

Sizes:1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Thread-NPT/BSP/BSPT/OD
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Branch Tee:

Branch Tee is a compression type tube fittings which offers Male/Female thread on center of the Tee while both other side allows you to insert tube.

Sizes: 1/16”OD to 2”OD (Imperial); 6MMOD to 25MMOD (Metric)
Thread– 1NPT/BSP/BSPT/OD
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Tri Clover Clamp:

Tri Clover Clamp (also known as TC Clamp) is a tubing connection system that allows making sanitary interconnections in stainless steel fluid transport systems. A connection is made using a hinged clamp to connect two lipped flanges, with a gasket between them to make the seal. One great thing about Tri Clamp connections is that there is no female and male side of a connection – both sides have the same flange type and are fully interchangeable. (Set contains body, ferrule and gasket)

Sizes: 1/2”OD to 8”OD (Imperial); 1/2″NB to 8”NB (Nominal Bore)
Material: Stainless Steel (Gr. 304, 316, 316L)

Polypropylene Clamp:

A Polypropylene Clamp (also known as PP Clamp) is designed for fastening and installing tubes under heavy mechanical pressure and normal mechanical pressure. This clamp is designed for tubes, pipes and cables for outside diameter from 6mm to 100mm.

Sizes: 1/4”OD to 4”OD (Imperial); 6MM  to 100MM (Metric); 8NB to 100NB (Nominal Bore)
